One-Visit Crowns

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Natural-looking, durable Porcelain Crowns
We use CEREC crowns which are made from a ceramic material. CEREC restorations are used to repair smiles in just one visit. This reduces your number of injections and chair time. Chipped, crooked or discolored teeth can be repaired with beautiful CEREC porcelain crowns.

Dental Implants and Bridges

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Dr. Rossetti is an experienced dentist for both the placement of bridges and the restoration of dental implants. He places high-quality, natural-looking, durable crowns onto implant posts.

Dental Implants: Dental implants are permanent fixtures of titanium posts anchored to the jawbone that are topped with individual replacement teeth or a bridge that screws or cements into the posts.

Bridge: A bridge is a dental restoration that spans an area that has no teeth and is connected to natural teeth or implants at each end. A typical bridge consists of a filler tooth that is attached to two surrounding crowns.

Porcelain Veneers

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Porcelain veneers are very thin porcelain facings. They are used to change the shape, color, size and spacing of your teeth. They have a lifelike appearance with the strength, beauty and durability that only porcelain restorations can offer.

We use porcelain veneers made from very high-quality porcelain that are very natural-looking, durable and custom designed specifically for you.

Porcelain veneers can correct:

Inlays & Onlays

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Inlays and onlays are used to restore a broken tooth or may replace an existing large filling. They are used when the damage is not severe enough to require a crown. They are an excellent alternative to large fillings because they are more durable.

We custom make our inlays and onlays in our own in-office laboratory using the CEREC system. The porcelain material creates the same translucence, color and brilliance as that of your natural, healthy teeth.

Dental Bonding

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Dental bonding is a procedure that utilizes a composite resin (tooth-colored material) to cover flaws in your teeth. A thin coating of bonding agent (dental adhesive) is applied to the surface of your tooth. Dr. Rossetti then sculpts, colors and shapes the material to provide a pleasing result. A high-intensity light hardens the composite material and the surface is finely polished.

Teeth Whitening

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Dr. Rossetti uses Opalescence whitening systems to provide in-office and at-home powerful teeth whitening. He finds that Opalescence teeth whitening is a more effective, longer-lasting and more affordable option than other teeth whitening systems.

Root Canal Therapy

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Root canal therapy is a procedure that is used to repair and to save a tooth that is badly decayed or infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed.

When nerve tissue or pulp is damaged, it breaks down and bacteria begin to multiply within the pulp chamber. The bacteria and other decayed debris can cause an infection or abscessed tooth.

Gum Care and Gum Disease

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
There are two main stages of gum, or periodontal disease. The first is gingivitis, which is the milder form and easily reversible by regular flossing and routine professional cleaning. The second is periodontitis, which is a more serious, destructive form of gum disease diagnosed by the recession of gums and supporting bone away from the teeth. This is not always visible to the patient.

We treat mild gum disease with deep cleaning (scaling and root planing). Dr. Rossetti employs a special diode laser to kill the bacteria safely and painlessly. The laser can also be used to stop gum bleeding and to reshape the gums.

TMJ / Headache Treatment

Our Services, Richmond Dentistry
Many chronic headaches and migraines are caused by involuntary night-time teeth clenching. This leads to hyperactivity of the trigeminal nerve, which can trigger migraine and tension headaches. The Trigeminal Nerve is also involved with TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) Disorder.

The NTI Suppression System is a small transparent plastic device, similar to a mouth guard, which is worn over the two front teeth at night to prevent contact of the canines and molars. It is fitted by a dentist trained in the technique. It does not involve any drugs, shots, or surgery.

The NTI prevents:
